Metaverse was the main focus of discussion during this Asia’s largest blockchain event of the year, currently happening in Seoul. More than 7000 people are attending this fifth annual event in Seoul, and around 120 industry leaders are scheduled to speak, discuss, and share their opinions on the future of fin-tech. When you search buying digital land in the metaverse, you get more than 1.5 million results with influencers, marketers, and businesses explaining how you can do it step by step from selecting the metaverse platform to connecting it with wallet and paying through cryptocurrencies.
In a recent interview with a YouTube channel Altcoin Daily the billionaire 'Shark Tank' star and crypto evangelist Mark Cuban called out on businesses and people buying or selling real-estate by stating,
The worst part is that people are buying real estate in these places. That’s just the dumbest shit ever. - Mark Cuban, American billionaire owner of Dellas Maverick, and investor.
He explains further that metaverse is all about building an engaging community and then after that providing a space for promotion to the brands by identifying the perceived value would help benefit the community and brands. This model would make a lot more sense than doing it like the traditional real-estate model.

Nvidia ups the game with metaverse tools
Nvidia's real-time graphics collaboration platform Omniverse now gets a series of new tools for creators and developers to make realistic metaverse. The company announced Avatar Cloud Engine; DeepSearch AI 3D search engine; NeuralVDB AI upgrade for Sparse Volume Data; connection to NVIDIA Modulus for Scientific Digital Twins; updates to PhysX, MDL and more. The new tools will help creators in building accurate digital twins and realistic avatars.
In the second part of this announcement Nvidia disclosed ongoing development of connectors for Blender, Autodesk Alias and Autodesk Civil 3D, Siemens JT, SimScale, Open Geospatial Consortium, and Unity, which will further unlock metaverse workflows for manufacturing, engineering and design companies.
